Tickets are sold exclusively by The Motorpoint Arena and Gigantic Tickets. EM-Con does not sell tickets directly, and any ticketing queries must be directed to them. EM-Con will not respond to emails or messages regarding general ticket sales.

Carer Tickets To apply for a carer ticket, please contact The Motorpoint Arena Nottingham. Please note that carer passes are a complimentary service provided by EM-Con and are not a legal requirement.

Press, Influencers, & Podcasters A limited number of Creator Passes are available and awarded on a case-by-case basis. Details on how to apply can be found on our Info Page.

Refunds & Guest Changes VIP passes are strictly non-refundable. Guest appearances are subject to work commitments; if a guest cancels, EM-Con reserves the right to replace them with a similar alternative (typically from the same show or film).
